SATEL at MIPS 2014
On 14-17 April 2014, the 20th jubilee edition of the International Exhibition for Protection, Security and Fire Protection MIPS was held at the All-Russia Exhibition Centre in Moscow. Of course, SATEL could not fail to show up at this trade fair, which is the largest security industry event in Eastern Europe and Russia.
The top quality SATEL products, which were traditionally presented at the MIPS fair at the stand of ARMO, SATEL's exclusive distributor on the Russian market, aroused great interest. Devices that drew particular attention were the INT-TSI and INT-TSG touch keypads, which allow simple and intuitive management of intelligent alarm systems with elements of home automation. Visitors attending the exhibition stand, including both representatives of the network of dealers and installers, as well as end-customers, appreciated also the MICRA and ABAX wireless alarm systems, the monitoring station and various types of communication modules.
During the MIPS 2014 exhibition, a seminar was also held, focusing on the capability of programming home automation using a system based on the INTEGRA 256 Plus control panel, and other rich functionalities of the device. This control panel is designed to create systems conforming to Grade 3, which is required in the case of systems to be installed in special purpose facilities such as banks, mints and museums. The subject of the seminar aroused so much interest that many of its participants, immediately on leaving the training room, headed for the ARMO stand to be able to personally test the new control panel capabilities and familiarize themselves with other SATEL interesting products, whose functionality was briefly mentioned during the presentation.
