IFSEC 2019 summary
Every year, the IFSEC International trade fair brings together over 27,000 security industry professionals (experts in Intrusion & Hold-up Alarm Systems and Fire Alarm Systems) under the roof of the ExCeL Arena convention and exhibition center. This year's edition of IFSEC International was held on June 18-20, 2019. At our exhibition stand we presented our new products as well as announced products that will soon be offered by SATEL. The biggest interest was aroused by:
- ABAX 2 – a two-way wireless system (Grade 2), which is appreciated mostly for the long range of operation of its devices (up to 2000 m in the open area), long battery life without battery replacement (up to 8 years) and a wide range of available devices.
- SLIM Line – a new family of motion detectors, that received a lot of very positive feedback, especially for their design, interesting solutions that facilitate installation and the offered functionality.
- INTEGRA – an advanced alarm control panel, well-known and appreciated for years by professionals, presented during this event in the context of the possibilities of integrating the alarm system with Control4, Crestron, RTI and KNX, which was a unique competitive advantage over similar devices available on the market.
Our PERFECTA KIT sets, specially composed for the needs of the British market, also met with great interest. Local installers appreciated in particular the composition of the set, easy installation of the alarm system and quick configuration by using intuitive firmware.
In addition to the important opinions and tips that allowed us to better understand the needs of our customers, we have also established many new contacts, which will directly contribute to the further development of distribution both in the UK and in other countries around the world.
