Seminar in Kaliningrad

SATEL pays particular attention to contacts with Clients not only in Poland, but also on all markets where our products are sold. The Technical and Training Department specialists have extensive theoretical and practical expertise. Their long-standing experience in conjunction with extensive knowledge of products in the SATEL assortment enables them to conduct trainings, seminars or presentations in the field of modern electronic security solutions. Such meetings with installers are organised very often. They constitute an exceptional source of know-how not only for their participants, but they also enable SATEL to acquire information and Clients' needs and expectations on a given market.

On 3 October 2013, the Systemy Alarmowe company, i.e.  SATEL products reseller, organised a seminar in Kaliningrad. The participants included professionals dealing with installation of different security system types on a daily basis. The main issues raised during the meeting included the group of devices from the  VERSA and INTEGRA control panels family and MICRA as well as ABAX wireless systems. Additionally, the STAM-2 monitoring stations and  SMET-256 reporting transmitters were discussed. All these issues are already well-known on this market, however, due to the fact that SATEL has been constantly designed and manufactured new devices included in its portfolio which enable both installers and users to take advantage of our solutions and additional interesting functionalities, such meetings are extremely important. We hope that this seminar presented the broad scope of SATEL products capabilities and their exceptional quality. Such meetings also enable us to gain knowledge inspiring us to create new interesting products appreciated by numerous users and being a source of satisfaction both for installers and final system users.
